The centre is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). MSME Technology Centre, Visakhapatnam is affiliated to State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad.
The centre offers courses in Die & Mould Making and Mechatronics & Industrial Automation at diploma levels. MSME Technology Centre, Visakhapatnam also provides consultancy and production services in the field of design development and manufacturing technologies to MSME for the latest developments in tool & die, precision machinery, aviation and aerospace components and systems.
