Muduganti Suryamma College of Education for women, Asifabad was started in the year 2007, which is exclusively for the teacher education located in the state of Telangana. This co-educational college having an area of 1 acres of land and is an affiliated college and recognised by NCTE. The institute provides an ideal student academic environment with a total enrolment of two hundred students and faculty strength of sixteen instructors. 

Muduganti Suryamma College of Education has developed several facility to improve the learning environment of the students. In this regard, every institution is provided with a modern equipped library that helps to develop and support academic achievements as well as to develop ideas. The college has well equipped IT facility with LAN and internet connection, computer lab with latest configuration, where student practice many number of software application and internet surfing. A large seminar hall that has been designated to accommodate extension lectures, seminars, workshops and college related activities such as cultural presentations, and has an audio so as to support various activities that it may host.

Muduganti Suryamma College of Education offers only one course which includes the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course. This is a two-year full-time programme with an approved capacity of taking one hundred students. The B.Ed programme is offered with the aim of producing trained teachers capable of practicing their trade in teaching practice. 

Admissions to the B.Ed programme in Muduganti Suryamma College of Education is through Education Common Entrance Test popularly known as TS Ed.CET managed by Government of Telangana.
