The Mumbai College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Alibaug is a co-educational college situated in the locale of Alibaug, in the state of Maharashtra. Located at a close proximity to Khadtal Bridge on Rewas Road, it's an affiliated college offering specialization in the hospitality and media studies field. MCHMCT provides various courses namely diploma and bachelor degrees with emphasis on practical, industry-oriented education. The faculty strength of the college would be 11 members to cater to the students individually.

MCHMCT facilitates numerous facilities on campus that enhance the process of education. The separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are there on the campus. This allows out-station students to live comfortably, away from their home precinct, in safety. MCHMCT has offered five courses under two degrees. Three diplomas and two bachelor's programs are included within the full-time courses. The diploma courses shall take two years while the bachelors' degrees are three-degree programs. The courses offered include Diploma in Hospitality Studies, Diploma in Hotel Management, Diploma in Animation, B.Sc in Hospitality Studies, and B.Sc in Media Graphic and Animation.
