Municipal College Rourkela was established in1978, located in Udit Nagar, Rourkela, Odisha and is an affiliated college. This institution is located in a 5 acre land and is recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college currently as a total of 2216 students and 13 members of faculty and caters mainly to business and commerce requirements. Municipal College Rourkela provides three full-time courses: BBA Self Finance, B.Com & M.Com Self Finance are the programmes being offered by the college to the students of management programmes at UG & PG level. This programme also suggests that the college has ensured quality education as demonstrated by its membership with NAAC plus the endeavours made in ensuring that the college has an adequate balance academic climate.
