Murazar College, Hojai was established in 1989 in Murazar, Hojai district in Assa, as an affiliated college. This college is located in a large piece of land that occupies an area of 19 acres making it easy to support learning. Murazar College has a total student enrolment of 2064 and faculty strength of 19; it imparted various undergraduate programmes. The college, at present, offers 9 courses under two programmes of study of which most of them are specialisations under the Bachelor of Arts (BA).
