The Murti Devi Memorial B.Ed. College is a college for boys and girls and was started in the year 2007 and is situated in Sri Ganganagar-Rajasthan. This affiliated college, popular among students and parents, is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located at Chak 4 SDS, Main Road, Sadulshahar the college provide a favourable climate for success for any person wanting to venture in teaching profession. The Taking total number of students is 385 and faculty members 28 the student faculty ratio is good which leads to one to one interaction.

Every good library contains books to be used as source material in conducting analysis and getting more information. The institution is poised to education that is in par with current world technological standards in regards to education and this is evident with its well developed Information Technology resources that would enable students update with the current technologies in the field. One noteworthy feature of the campus is an air conditioned bauble that can hold up to 300 students and it is an auditorium. 

This seminar and conference room can accommodate lectures, seminars, conferences, workshops etc within the room fitted with modern equipment in audio visual equipment. It also has well equipped laboratory, games and athletic facilities and canteen for students’ convenience in making the environment conducive for learning. In view of the convenience of visiting faculty and students’ families, there is a guest room/waiting area within the compound of the institute.

Murti Devi Memorial B.Ed. College is committed towards building quality human capital through its teacher education programme – B.Ed. This is a two years full time programme, 200 seats are available for each academic year to accommodate a large number of students desiring to be teachers. The B.Ed. programme is aimed at preparing professional teachers who are capable of providing academic leadership in teaching profession. Even though the college currently only has one degree programme they have a well rounded curriculum and real world preparation that allows the graduates to be ready for the college environment.
