Muthayammal College of Engineering (MCE), offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, was started in the year of 2000 in Kakkaveri, Rasipuram, Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has been preparing future engineers for more than twenty winter. MCE is located over a large of land of 12.51 acres and the college is offering various branches of engineering education to 759 students. The college takes pride in having a highly motivated and qualified faculty of 83 members to assist in providing quality education and good student-teacher ratio.

These are B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, B.E in Computer science and engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Mechanical engineering and B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering. The college has a total enrolment of 755 in all its programmes and as such, it plays a greatly role in the provision of technical education in the region.
