B.Tech/BE Programs: Muthayammal College of Engineering offers five undergraduate engineering programs:

1. BE Computer Science and Engineering: This program with an intake capacity of 120 seats. Admission is based on the performance of candidates in the relevant entrance examination and 12th standard marks.
2. BE Electronics and Communication Engineering: This program has an intake of 60. Candidates are selected on the basis of the entrance examination and 12th standard academic marks.
3. B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science: This latest program occupies an intake of 60 students. Admission criteria would include performance in entrance exams and 12th standard marks, with preference being given to mathematics and science subjects.
4. B.Tech Agricultural Engineering: MCE provides 60 seats for this program. Likewise, candidates with good science and mathematics backgrounds along with good performance in the entrance exam are considered for admission.
5. BE Electrical and Electronics Engineering: This program has an intake of 30 seats. Candidates are admitted based on their performance in entrance exam and 12th standard marks.

These programs apart, the basic eligibility requirement for any of the above-mentioned programs is that the applicant must have successfully completed the 10+2 with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
