MVP Samaj's KPG Arts, Commerce and Science College is an affiliated college established in 1981. It falls under Nashik, Maharashtra, and is situated near Take-Ghoti, two miles off the Mumbai-Agra Road. The campus covers 8.5 acres. Its streams of major arts and commerce range to science streams that comprise 6 courses and 5 degrees. This college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Presently, it has a student enrolment strength of 1,677 and a faculty strength of 19. It is one of the most quality-oriented colleges in this region.

It provides to its students a variety of facilities that enhance learning. Under it are established the Central Library in 1981, containing a large number of books, textbooks, reference materials, and resources for competitive exams. Moreover, e-journals and e-books are also made available to the students, and it is totally automated by the use of "Autolib" software for library management. The college has robust IT infrastructure as it possesses 21 computers in the Computer Science department apart from computers in other academic departments which are LAN connected with broadband internet. It also possesses sports facilities and a gym for physical fitness, an auditorium for events /seminars, and a health centre with first aid facilities. The college has also maintained strong bond with its alumni through an alumnus association.

KPG Arts, Commerce and Science College under the aegis of MVP Samaj conducts the total of 6 courses in full time. There are three undergraduate courses namely B.Sc., B.A, and B.Com of duration 3 years. On the postgraduate level, the college conducts M.Com, MA Economics, and MA Marathi of 2 years duration respectively. All these courses cater to different kinds of academic interests and aspirational carriers. This diversification of courses caters for various academic interests and career aspirations of students in the three disciplines, namely arts, commerce, and science.
