Nachuni Mahavidyalaya, Khurda: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Like many other colleges in Odisha, Nachuni Mahavidyalaya, Khurda was also started in 1981; this is an affiliated college. Located over a 10-acre land, it is one of the prestigious institutions which provide a wide array of undergraduate programmes in arts and Science. Nachuni Mahavidyalaya is an NAAC accredited college in West Bengal with a total intakes of 590 students and 27 faculty members. The college offers twelve courses in two degree, including Sociology, Political Science, Education, Zoology, Botany and Odia, etc.

Nachuni Mahavidyalaya, has been endowed with many facilities that are meant to complement the learning experience and all round development of the students. A major learning resource centre , it has access to 19000 text and reference books, magazines, encyclopedia, and dictionaries. It uses SEAL software for acquisition, library circulation and automated cataloging of books and other documents. For the interest of these people involved in sports or body fitness, the college boasts of the Ekamra Athletic Club. The institution also has well equipped laboratories such as an English language laboratory with touch and interactive software and an overhead projector that can take 24 students at a time.

In total, Nachuni Mahavidyalaya provides 12 courses of Under Graduate programmes where all of them are only for full time. The college offers a blend of BA Education , Political Science, History ,and English hons. etc and B.Sc degrees as it caters for varying interests of its learners. With an overall approval of 590 student intake across the various courses offered, management maintains a reasonable student to faculty ratio of which translates to quality delivery of services to students and clientelle. 

The admission procedure followed by Nachuni Mahavidyalaya is impartial and the best opportunity is provided to the students who deserve to get admitted and have as many choices as possible in terms of subjects to be taken up as major.
