Nagaland Institute of Medical Science and Research (NIMSR), Kohima is a co-ed medical college situated in the state of Nagaland. Established in 2023, NIMSR Kohima is an autonomous institution under the Government of Nagaland. It offers undergraduate courses to students in the field of Medical Science. The UG course at the NIMSR Kohima includes an MBBS programme with a duration of five and a half years. 

The fee structure for the same is Rs 2.53 lakhs for the entire course. Nagaland Institute of Medical Science and Research enrols a total of 100 students each year to the programme through the NEET examination and counselling. The cutoff rank for admission in the MBBS course at the NIMSR Kohima varies due to a number of influencing factors. Eligible candidates who qualify for the examination and meet the cutoff must participate in the counselling process.
