Nagar School of Optometry was established in 2004 as an affiliated college. This institute is exclusively occupied with the subject of Optometry at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The compact campus area covers 0.35996 acres, where it houses 153 students and provides them with a focused learning environment. Spread across this compact area, the institute has a faculty strength of 17 members who provide their personal attention to students studying Optometry. This institution has two full-time degree courses: Bachelor of Optometry and Master of Optometry, offering career-building opportunities for students in eye care and vision sciences.

Specialized laboratories are found in the areas of physical and geometrical optics, ocular and general anatomy, and computer studies.

Nagar School of Optometry offers two courses, both full-time: one at the undergraduate level and another at the postgraduate level. An undergraduate four-year course in B.Optom and a postgraduate two-year course in M.Optom are offered by this institution.
