The Human Resource College, the focus of the current paper, is a fairly new college located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India and founded in 2018. It is a coeducational college that provides a wide number of bachelor and master degree programmes in different fields and majors. Located on a 6 acre – land, near the airport, the college is affiliated to over 375 students and has a teaching faculty of 27 members. Offering courses in as many as 6 different study areas and degree programmes, this institute offers a great spectrum of courses in arts, commerce, science and management with 25 courses offered.

It comprises a variety of new –generational facilities to enhance the process of students’ learning and personal growth. The modern library securely contain 1,155 books, 12 journals, 25 magazines, digital resources, Internet connection. The campus has solely boys’ hostels and girls’ hostels with single occupancy twin sharing accommodation with very healthy food to eat. Other facilities include a canteen, means of transport, sports facilities, an assembly hall, and science laboratories. It also makes a dedicative attempt to develop IT infrastructure; thus, students get a possibility to use the modern facilities and tools.

The total of 25 courses is offered at Nagarathinam Angalammal Arts and Science College, all being full-time programmes. Its course spread across different level programmes- B.Sc chemistry , B.Sc Mathematics , BA History, BA English and M.Com etc.
