The Human Resource College, the focus of the current paper, is a fairly new college located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India and founded in 2018. It is a coeducational college that provides a wide number of bachelor and master degree programmes in different fields and majors. Located on a 5.72 acre – land, near the airport, the college is affiliated to over 375 students and has a teaching faculty of 27 members. It also makes a dedicative attempt to develop IT infrastructure; thus, students get a possibility to use the modern facilities and tools.

The total of 25 courses is offered at Nagarathinam Angalammal Arts and Science College, all being full-time programmes. Its course spread across different level programmes- B.Sc chemistry , B.Sc Mathematics , BA History, BA English and M.Com etc. Although the break down of seats for every programme is not indicated, the college has intake capacity of 375 across all its programmes.
