If you wish to take admission in Diploma in Civil Engineering course then you have to crack the polytechnic exam organized by your state. Every state have two kinds of polytechnics, one is Government polytechnics and the other is Private polytechnics. The fees are higher in Private polytechnics than Government polytechnics.
