The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Kohima (NIELIT Kohima) is one of the renowned institutes working from 2004. Located in Meriema, Kohima, Nagaland this affiliated college holds the motto to deliver quality education in electronics and information technology. Located in a large complex of 15 acres, NIELIT Kohima delivers two courses related to computer science and engineering. The institute enjoys the faculty strength of 10 members which makes it easier for the Institute to provide attention to each of the students. The institute currently offers 3 full-time courses: There are a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), and Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering moreover. These two classes are also presented to help the students to gain better direction on their desired course in computer science and also to create ample platform and exposure to the dynamic IT industry.
