The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Srinagar was established to impart education in the different streams of Electronics and Information Technology. This affiliated college is situated in the beautiful city of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, having been established in 1982. Located on a vast and elaborate area of approximately 7.5 acres, NIELIT Srinagar is imparting technological knowledge for more than 40 years. It is an AICTE approved institute that protects the quality and standards of the offered educational courses and curriculum. NIELIT Srinagar along with other centers of the institute intakes 185 students with total faculties of 10, thus guaranteeing a quality education to its students. Presently, the institute offers five different courses at different levels of the IT education to meet the dynamism of the IT sector.
