About NIFT Jodhpur
National Institute of Fashion Technology, Jodhpur is a prime institute of fashion design and technology in India, established in 2010. NIFT Jodhpur has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ grade. NIFT Jodhpur offers UG courses like B.Design and B.F.Tech Apparel Production whereas MFM at the PG level. NIFT Jodhpur Scholarship
National Institute of Fashion Technology, Jodhpur offers financial support to deserving students through scholarships based on academic performance. Some of the NIFT Jodhpur scholarships which are available for the students are Sarthak NIFT financial assistance scheme and the Udaan NIFT scholarship scheme for foreign studies. These scholarships aim to help students who either belong to economically weaker sections or pursue higher studies abroad.
The scholarships are based on merit and require the students to meet certain eligibility criteria and submit relevant documents. NIFT Jodhpur provides scholarships to eligible students after doing a scrutiny check at three levels Campus, Head Office, and Partner Institution.

NIFT Jodhpur Scholarships and Eligibility Criteria
Scholarships | Eligibility Criteria |
UDAAN Scholarship for foreign studies | Applicant must not be NRI or NRI sponsored student. UDAAN covers 100% of the expenses for students who want to pursue an International Summer Programme at STF, Zurich, Switzerland. It will not provide any financial support for tuition fees. UDAAN requires a minimum CGPA of 7.0 in the current semester. Candidates must clear three levels of scrutiny by the Campus, Head Office, and Partner Institution. The student has to submit a processing fee of Rs. 2000 along with the application forms. |
SARTHAK - NIFT financial assistance scheme | Applicant must not be NRI or NRI sponsored student. De Depending on the parental income slab, SARTHAK covers 75%, 50%, or 25% of the NIFT tuition fee. Parental income exceeding Rs. 8 lakhs per annum is not acceptable. It is mandatory to maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.0 in each semester. Candidates must clear two levels of scrutiny by the campus and head office, The student has to submit a processing fee of Rs. 2000 along with the application forms. |

One copy of a passport-size photograph with a signature.
Income declaration-affidavit (Format B) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.`10.
Proof of permanent residence.
Photocopies of Passport and PAN card of parents/guardian and applicant.
School leaving certificate for classes X and XII.
The copy of the receipt of the tuition fee paid for the current semester i.e. July –December
Schedule (Format C – details of agricultural land and property, etc.) duly signed by the parent.
Bank statements for the last 12 months for all the accounts mentioned in Schedule (Format C).
Statement of Purpose (SOP).
If you are selected for the Udaan scheme scholarship, you will receive 100% financial assistance for the following expenses:
Hostel/dormitory charges on actuals
Technology fee
Student activity fee
Recreation and athletics fee
Health services
Health insurance
Travel expenses on economy class (as per actual)
Visa fee
Subsistence allowance

NIFT Jodhpur Admission
National Institute of Fashion Technology, Jodhpur offers admission to B.Design with different specialisations, B.F.Tech Apparel Production and MFM. NIFT Jodhpur admission to courses is based on the performance of the candidates in the NIFT Entrance Exam. For its various courses NIFT, Jodhpur offers distinct written exams. For NIFT Jodhpur B.Design admission candidates have to appear for the Creative Ability Test (CAT), General Ability Test (GAT) and Situation Test.
The General Ability Test (GAT) is required for students enrolled in the B.F.Tech Apparel Production and MFM Course. Aspiring candidates must meet the specific requirements for their desired course and must follow the entire admission process.

- Candidates can visit the official website and apply online at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Jodhpur.
- Click on the “Register for Seat Allocation” tab and select UG/PG.
- Fill out the application form, upload academic and personal documents and preview all the details before submitting the form.
- The Application Fee has to be paid through an online payment gateway.
- The non-refundable fee for applying online at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Jodhpur, is Rs. 3000/- for the Open/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category and Rs. 1500/- for SC/ ST/ PWD category, payable through the payment gateway.
- The bank and transaction charges on the application fee will be borne by the applicant.

NIFT Jodhpur B.Des Admission Process 2024
- Candidates have to appear for the national-level design entrance test conducted by the National Institute of Fashion Technology i.e NIFT entrance exam.
- The entrance exam comprises three rounds - Creative Ability Test (CAT), General Ability Test (GAT) and Situation Test/interview.
- Candidates qualifying CAT and GAT have to further appear for the Situation Test.
- Next candidates have to meet the NIFT Jodhpur cutoff.
- Candidates meeting the NIFT Jodhpur cutoff have to register for NIFT counselling and candidates will be allotted seats at NIFT Jodhpur as per the rank secured in the entrance exam and seat availability.
- After the seat allocation, candidates have to pay the NIFT Jodhpur course fee.
NIFT Jodhpur B.F.Tech Apparel Production Admission Process 2024
- Applicants should fill the application form on the official website of the institute.
- Aspirants have to appear for the NIFT entrance exam comprising the General Ability Test (GAT).
- Next, candidates have to meet the requisite cut-off.
- Once the cutoff is met, candidates have to register for NIFT counselling and participate in it and seats will be allotted accordingly.

- Self Attested copy of 10+2 class mark sheet and certificate.

NIFT JODHPUR has all facilities as well as equipments and a great infrastructure.talking about other facilities such as laboratories sport centers canteen mess hostels WiFi etc etc NIFT has it all . Food and the whole living space is Very clean and hygienic.
