National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai admission is a competitive process. The institute offers admission to a B.Design in 5 different specialisations, B.F.Tech Apparel Production, M.Des and MFM. NIFT Mumbai admissions are done through the NIFT exam. NIFT Mumbai B.Design Admission Process

• Applicants must complete the application form in order to get admission in the B.Design programmes.
• The NIFT Entrance Exam is required of candidates in order to be admitted to the B.Design course at NIFT, Mumbai.

• For admission to the programmes, candidates need to appear only for the General Ability Test (GAT) exam.
• Also candidates must have passed their 12th-grade examination from any recognized board.

• Candidates who want to enrol in the MFM Course are required to fill out the application form.
• Admission to the MFM Course at NIFT Mumbai requires successful clearance of the NIFT Entrance Exam.
• Candidates will undergo a written test comprising a General Ability Test (GAT). 
• Shortlisted candidates from this test will only participate in a Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) as part of the selection procedure.
