About NIFT Srinagar
National Institute of Fashion Technology Srinagar (NIFT Srinagar) was established in 2016. Like any NIFT in the country, NIFT Srinagar is a leading institute in imparting fashion education. The NIFT Srinagar is an autonomous government institute set up under the aegis of Ministry of Textiles Govt. of India. NIFT Srinagar courses include B.Des programmes in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Accessory design and more.
NIFT PG programme includes Masters in Fashion Management (MFM). NIFT Srinagar admissions are done on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by the institute. The UG design courses also have a situational test in addition to the entrance examination While the PG course will have a personal interview after the entrance test. NIFT Srinagar admissions are done on the basis of a centralised NIFT admission process which includes an entrance examination and PI (personal interview) for UG and PG applicants respectively. UG applicants will be required to face the situation test after the entrance exam for NIFT Srinagar admissions.
