Course Overview

Earlier undergraduate courses in Engineering focused more on the subjects like Mathematics, Physics etc. However, there has been a recent shift in the curriculum of these courses, and problem-solving has become an integral part. Thus, elements like communicating, planning, and designing have been added to these courses. Problem Based Learning by Swayam helps in incorporating problem-solving skills in engineering students.

The Problem Based Learning certification syllabus focuses on non-traditional forms of learning such as cognitive learning, behavioural learning and constructivist learning. The course will be highly beneficial for teachers currently teaching in engineering colleges and enable them to make their students more competent.

The Problem Based Learning program is a MOOC that is a free open learning format and has been approved by the AICTE. You can not only attend this course for free but at the end also gain a certificate as proof. The process and qualifications required to get the certification are mentioned on the course page.
