Navnirman College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Ratnagiri was established in the year 2001. It is an affiliated college located in MIDC, Mirjole, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The institution offers undergraduate degrees and diploma courses in different streams. With a campus size covering 2 acres, the student enrolment is currently 677 in number and the faculty strength is 26 as on date. Navnirman College offers 8 courses across 5 degrees—some of the popular ones being in the streams of Management, Information Technology, Hospitality Studies, and the traditional Arts and Commerce.

It also encourages different intercollegiate and zonal competitions in which sports enthusiasts can participate like Kabaddi, Cricket, Volleyball, and Kho-Kho. It offers undergraduate degrees such as BMS, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce, BA, and Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Studies. Diploma courses in Hospitality Management and Interior Decoration and Designing are also offered in the college. 

Admission to the various courses in Navnirman College is through different modes. For most courses, the candidate is selected purely on the basis of merit and means the candidate's academic performance in his/her qualifying examinations. However, for specialized courses such as BSc in Hospitality Studies, admission is carried out wholly by the college through a written examination, group discussion, and personal interview. Such multifaceted approach would enable it to judge a candidate not only based on academic brilliance but also on the basis of communication skills and overall personality.
