NBKR Science and Arts College, Vidyanagar, is one of the oldest co-educational colleges known in the Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. The college is affiliated to the NAAC and grants several undergraduate academic programs. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Sc Computer Science (Hons): It has the highest popularity ranking at NBKR Science and Arts College with a total intake of 150 students. Candidates are admitted for this course on the basis of candidate merit in the 10+2 examination, in which mathematics and science subjects are considered. Candidates are admitted depending on the performance in the qualifying examination.

B.Com Computer Applications (Hons): 110 seats are offered under this program. The course's eligibility criteria state that students should complete 10+2 with commerce or related subjects, and selection will be made based on marks scored in qualifying examination, merit list.

BCA (Hons): The Bachelor of Computer Applications program has an intake of 110 seats, which are filled up based on the academic merit of the students in the 12th standard. Although a background with mathematics or science at 10+2 is preferable, it is not compulsory to take this program.

BB A (Hons): The Bachelor of Business Administration program offers 60 seats for students. His merit score from the qualifying examination decides admission into the college. Any applicant aspiring to take this course is acceptable regardless of his stream: Science, Commerce, or Arts.

B.Sc Botany (Hons) and B.Sc Chemistry (Hons): These two specialized science programs admit a total of 50 students each. Merit will be decided from the marks scored in the qualifying examination, and weightage will be given to performance in science subjects.
