NC Polytechnic is located at Vill Baghwar, Latghat, Raunapar Road, Azamgarh, UP and is a technical college. Being an affiliated college, it comes under the section of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for providing quality education for the field engineering. It has three award bearing programmes in the form of diplomas all three of which are of three years’ duration and are highly vocationally oriented. NC Polytechnic has a faculty of 25 professionalism trained trainers to ensure that there is easy access to learning for the intending engineers.

The courses offered by the NC Polytechnic, Azamgarh, are limited to diploma courses which are full time courses that prepare the students in specific fields of engineering. The institute provides three diploma courses in Mechanical Engineering Production, Civil, and Electrical Engineering. These programmes are designed to yield a broad and balanced knowledge of their disciplines within a three year programme. The Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production was taken with 60 students, Civil Engineering with 120 intakes and Electrical Engineering also has the same number making them the courses with a total of 300 seats.
