Nehru College of Architecture, Palakkad, or NCA, is an architecture college, founded in the year 2015. Situated at Lakkidi, Mangalam Post, Palakkad, Kerala, this is affiliated college affiliated with the Council of Architecture. This institute provides for co-educational facility to its students with an area of 2 acres elegantly designed for the college. The institute directly enrolls 120 students and currently operates with a team of 17 competent faculty members. NCA is committed to offering quality education in architecture; they only offer one and only course: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).

Most of the facilities in this college are modern and can facilitate the needs of a college student. The muzeum acts as an informational resource center; the facility has well over one thousand books, twenty national journals and two international journals, digital library, e-journals and internet connection. On the training as an architectural student, NCA has a modern Computer Centre with sixty four advanced configuration computer System for architectural software’s like CAD 2016, Revit, 3DS Max, sketch up etc. The campus also provides airy and spacious boys’ and girls’ hostels with all amenities of high standard and for those on a tight budget there are cheap accommodational prices and delicious meals.

Nehru College of Architecture has only one, full time course which is 5-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). This programme has an approved intake capacity of 40 students per year to maintain a good student teacher ratio and patient emphasis. To meet the objectives of the B.Arch programme, the course has been structured to offer broad and professional understanding of architectural design, construction technology, and sustainable practices in building construction.

The admission procedure of Nehru College of Architecture takes into account the merit of a student and is well planned.. For admissions, the candidate needs to possess a valid NATA score by COA or JEE Main Paper 2 score. These national level examinations assure that the candidates have pertinent abilities and intelligence for practicing architecture.
