D.Pharma: The D.Pharma program at NCP Thrissur has an approved intake of 60 seats. The admission to the D.Pharma program is based on the performance level of the students in their 10+2 exams and their scores in any pharmacy diploma state-level entrance examination.

M.Pharma: The college provides M.Pharma in three different fields under Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, and Pharmacy Practice. These programs usually admit students based on their B.Pharma scores and relevant examinations for postgraduate entrants.
