Nehru Memorial College of Education, Trichy is one of the emergent institutions of Tamil Nadu, founded in 2013 with an overall aim of the development of future education. This coeducational college is located in Abinimangalam, Trichy, Tamilnadu and it is an affiliated college offerd by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located in 2 acres of land at Malpe, the college, now, has an intake of 87 students and faculty of 13 teachers. They have a single degree program in their institution namely the Bachelors of Education (B.ED) which admitted an approved number of 100 students to increase the colleges’ focus on teacher training.

The establishment has a boys hostel and a girls hostel in that it offers ample accommodation for students who prefer to live within the compound.
