The National Institute of Sports is the main academic centre of Sports Authority of India. NSNIS Patiala courses include a Diploma In Sports Coaching, Integrated Sports Massage, Certificate Courses In Sports Coaching, Skill Development Certificate Courses, Advanced Courses for In-service Coaches, Refresher Course In Sports Coaching, Sports Massage Course, Ground Management Course, Postgraduate Diploma In Sports Medicine, and M.sc. (Sports Coaching). “New Sports Courses” shall be introduced shortly.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructre wise NSNIS is one of the best institute in India for sports. The playing ground are well maintained. There are different grounds and courts for different sports. Apart from this institute has hygenic mess also which provides you good healthy food.
