New Sainik College of Law, Moradabad, established in 2011, is a college affiliated to the University located in Uttar Pradesh, India. Approved by the Bar Council of India, this institute specialises in legal education, with two full-time law programmes. It envisages a great faculty strength and the commitment to quality legal education for young aspirants who opt for the noble profession of advocates. 

New Sainik College of Law has many amenities, which are very supportive in many ways for students' convenience in the College and supporting their academics. The library makes up a very worthwhile resource center for legal research and study, and the IT infrastructure, with a computer lab, helps ensure that students avail of the basic and necessary digital facilities. To practice developing practical skills in courtroom conduct prior to entering the legal profession, a moot court facility is installed. New Sainik College of Law offers two comprehensive programmes in the field of law: the 3-year LLB course and the 5-year integrated BA LLB programme. Both programmes are full-time and on-campus, opening many opportunities to students who wish to have a strong foundation in the studies of law. 

The admission process at New Sainik College of Law is made to be very comprehensive as well as fair. For the LLB course, admissions shall be made on the basis of Entrance Test, Merit, and Counseling as per the university rules.
