Every year NIT Graduate School of Management Nagpur provides placement assistance to final-year students. NIT Graduate School of Management Nagpur has a separate placement cell for getting jobs in the top and reputed companies. The main objective of the training and placement cell is to look after training and placement activities for the students. These placement officers will train the students in developing soft skills and interview-facing skills by experts. Many companies are invited by the NIT Graduate School of Management Nagpur placement drive to select final-year students based on their skills and abilities.

NIT Graduate School of Management Nagpur Placement Procedure

Many recruiters are invited to NIT Graduate School of Management Nagpur to conduct placement drives by training and placement officers.
The NITGSM placement brochure is included on the official website.
Management will send invitations to many companies through email and phone.
The mutual understanding of the company and management decides the dates of the placement drive and interviews.
The training and placement officer will guide students in registering for companies and placement cells.
The training and placement cell releases the final timetable for students.
Students should start the NITGSM application process and complete the requirements to register for the placement drive.
Group discussions, personal interviews, aptitude tests, reasoning, and writing exams are all types of rounds of interviews.
Selected candidates are called for Manager and HR Rounds of interview.
The final selected candidates are given offer letters with a standard salary package.

Note: Candidates must participate in workshops like MSME and WCL conducted by the University and can acquire practical knowledge in their respective fields.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General, if wrong then kindly correct me in the comment section below.

As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,

>>>>> your CRL rank is expected around 109539 - 123137 .

Now on such rank and category you have almost no chances in any of the NITs for CSE or ECE branch but you can have chances in following colleges for the same branches, based on your JEE-Main rank :-

Swami Sarvanand Giri Regional Centre, Panjab University, Hoshiarpur
CSVTU - Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai
Barkatullah University Institute of Technology, Bhopal
Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Till now the official qualifying cut-offs have not been released and the qualifying cut-off percentiles are released along with final result of JEE-Main 2022 which will be released after both the sessions i.e. most probably in August '22.

But o n such percentile, being a General candidate you have some chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-
