Nityanand Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 2002 as an affiliated college at Lakhana, Bakewar, Etawah (U.P.). The institution is sprawling over the campus of 7.01 acres and is solely devoted to quality education in teacher training. The college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, and at present, the college has total students of 471 with 21 faculty members. It offers a course in Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), working in the direction of preparing skilled educators for a better future.
