Nizar Rahim and Mark School of Architecture is a self financing college affiliated with the University of Kerala and was started in the year 2014 at Kollam, Kerala state in India. This is a co-educational institution approved by the council of Architecture that offers focused emphasis on architectural education. The college is located in a limited area of 2.503 acres of land it has now a strength of 178 students and 22 faculties members. The institute offers only one course, though with the five years, B.Arch., & the approved annual admission capacity is 40 students. 

The students are provided with a number of facilities which are in the institute to facilitate student learning and welfare. Nizar Rahim and Mark School of Architecture has provided different hostel facilities for both boys and girls and each hall accommodates one hundred students with two and four to a room sharing bath facilities. A fully stocked library is provided to students as reference centre while sports facilities for the promotion of health and vigour. The college’s IT key facilities are 20 PCs connected to the internet and Wi-Fi throughout the college. For whatever learning and research discipline academic students may have, there are departmental laboratories, and an auditorium for events and seminars. The college has a cafeteria and a store where student can purchase stationery items and the college has a health centre with first aid facilities. Other facilities include guest house for the faculty and families and parking for cars for the members of the faculty, staff, and students.

Nizar Rahim and Mark School of Architecture offers a single full-time course, the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme. Of all the degree programmes in architecture, this one takes five years with an aim of offering broad education in design and architectural theories. The college has been approved to admit forty students for this programme that shows that the college cares about the ratio of student to faculty. As to the graduates,the current total enrolment of 178 students depict a smooth continuum in the programme.

There are common entrance examinations for admissions into Nizar Rahim and Mark School of Architecture. The college accepts scores from two primary exams: a NATA and the JEE Main entrance examinations. These examinations determine the ability of candidates to pursue the course as well as are essential for getting admission to B.Arch courses.
