NKBR College of Professional Studies was started in the year 2006 in Meerut, part of Uttar Pradesh. This institution is one of the affiliated colleges working on the concept of teaching education with its location on Meerut-Hapur Road in Phaphunda. The institute, NCTE approved, works to provide quality education with the best and skilled staff. There is a faculty strength of 8, which provides a focused environment for aspiring educators at NKBR College. At present, the college offers one degree programme, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), that has an approved intake of 100 students, reflecting its commitment to the development of future teachers. 

Various facilities improve the learning processes of students within this institute. One of the basic units of academic resources is the library, which is well-stacked with more than 6,500 books, journals, magazines, and newspapers of national and international repute. For practical learning, NKBR College maintains a set of well-equipped laboratories: a Psychology lab, a Science lab, a Computer lab, and a Language lab. The Health and Physical Science lab, coupled with facilities for Art and Craft, takes care of the various needs of teacher training. An ICT Resource Centre also exists to support the integration of technology in education. It also takes care of the students' physical health through sports facilities, both for indoor and outdoor games, along with a gymnasium for the fitness enthusiasts. 

NKBR College of Professional Studies offers a comprehensive B.Ed programme, which is a two-year, full-time course. The institution prepares students towards outstanding careers in teaching by preparing them with relevant skills and knowledge. The concentration of the college solely on this course delivers specialised, in-depth teacher education.

The admission process at NKBR College of Professional Studies is primarily based on an entrance test conducted by the affiliated university. This leads to a fair and competitive selection of prospective students. Admission under the management quota and in case any seat is left will be made on merit as per university guidelines.
