An affiliated college, Noor College of Education was established in the year of 2003 in Hyderabad in Telangana. This institute is located inAmbedkar Terrace on a campus of more than 10.32 acres which is devoted to confer quality education in the teaching fraternity. Affiliated with the Palamuru University, Noor College of Education has sought NCTE approval and right now offers three full time courses for 275 admissions. The faculty of the college consists of 28 members teaching co-ed student population. Since it is a teacher training institute, it provides courses of both B.Ed, D.El.Ed and M.Ed that makes the students efficient as educators.

There are a total of three full time courses are offered in Noor College of Education and all the courses are B.ED programmes to produce teachers. These programmes are offered within the institute’s offer within the framework of academic offer a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), and Master of Education (M.Ed). These plans means that the college will be able admit up to 275 students for all courses offered in order to produce trained educators at different levels. The major course that the institute is offering, the B.Ed course admission capacity is maximum of 200 students, the D.El.Ed course has the second biggest admission capacity of 50 students and the M.Ed course has the third biggest admission capacity of 25 students.
