Established in the year 2005, NR Vekaria Institute of Pharmacy and Research Centre is located in Junagadh, Gujarat. The college is affiliated, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and provides specialized education in pharmaceutical sciences. The campus area is 2.5 acres in size, and the current total enrolment of the institute is 149 students with a faculty strength of 8. The institute does have courses for 3 across 2 degrees in all with specialization in the sector of Pharmacy Education.

NR Vekaria Institute of Pharmacy and Research Centre runs a total of 3 full-time courses in the Pharmaceutical arena. Undergraduate programmes include one in B. Pharma, and at the postgraduate level, there are two programmes: M. Pharma in Quality Assurance and M. Pharma in Pharmaceutics. The approved intake for B.Pharma is 60.
