NS College of Education, Sonipat: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

NS College of Education, Sonipat, was founded in 2007 and ever since then, it has been one of the beacons of excellence in the sphere of education in Haryana, India. This co-ed College is located near Kalupur Chungi. Its aim is to groom future educators. The teachers' training institute is an affiliated College, and its enrollment consists of 258 students and 6 faculty members. The affiliation with the National Council for Teacher Education has taken its much-envisioned program of qualitative teacher education.

NS College of Education has a compact campus area of 0.788 acres, which offers students a focused learning environment. All sorts of facilities available within the institution are intended to enhance the learning process. The library is well-stocked and forms the hub of knowledge within the educational process. Departmental laboratories are available for class practical work that enables students to translate theory into practice. College equates the pace of the digital era by focusing its investments on excellent IT infrastructure necessary to cope with the best education technologies worldwide. 

NS College of Education offers two full-time courses on teaching education at two differential levels: The B.Ed. course affiliated to Gauhati University is a two-year course focused on bringing out qualified teachers at the secondary and higher secondary levels. At the elementary level, the institution offers a two-year D.Ed course for those willing to take up teaching at that level as their profession.

Admission in the NS College of Education is highly transparent and complete. For admission to B.Ed., it will be strictly based on merit on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college may also follow any other selection process or procedures as laid down by the state government, UT administration, or the affiliating university. Admission to D.Ed. course will be done based on merit, which shall be drawn under marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or the entrance examination prescribed by the State Government or UT Administration.
