NS Polytechnic College was established in 2012 at Burdwan and is one of the well-known technical institutions in Chandipur, Abhirampur, Ausgram, Purba Burdhaman, West Bengal. The institution is a co-educational affiliated college approved by AICTE. There are 70 faculty members dedicated to providing four diploma programmes in engineering disciplines. The working credo of NS Polytechnic College is to impart quality technical education with other facets of development among its learners.

The campus of NS Polytechnic College has a battery of modern facilities that further embellish the learning graph of the students. The campus includes a gym and both indoor and outdoor sports facilities to promote physical fitness and recreation. Admission to NS Polytechnic College is mainly done on the basis of ranking in the Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics West Bengal (JEXPO).
