NSS College Rajakumari formed in the year 1995 is one of the leading college in Idukki District of Kerala. This affiliated college, which has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), has many more courses in its undergraduate as well as postgraduate programmes. Located in a vast area of 18 acres the college has total student enrolment capacity of 635 including faculty members of 20. Rajakumari nss college is a co educational institution with a total strength of students 303 (boy) 238 (girl). Currently, the institution provides 6 courses in 5 degree programme and here the areas of specialization; Computer Applications, Business Administration Electronics and Commerce.

It is the college’s responsibility to ensure that students receive an all-round education including the following amenities. It is an information centre of the NSS College and students are able to find lots of information. For those who wish to keep their bodies in good shape there is a good gym in the college. There are numerous sports facilities within the campus which every sports lover should utilise. The college also makes provision for the nutritional needs of students and members of staff through a cafeteria. For the purpose of the practical lessons, the institution has arranged functional laboratories for each department so that the students can practice what they teach. Students in need of accommodation are provided with separate hostels for both male and female students to enable the students to comfortable study.

NSS College Rajakumari conducts total of half dozen courses and all of these courses are full time. The course include both the undergraduate and the postgraduate programmes of which there is 5 in the undergraduate and 1 in the postgraduate programme. In total, 262 students are approved in all offered courses, including primary, master, and postgraduate. At the undergraduate level, there are undergraduate courses such as Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Bachelor of Commerce in Cooperation and Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications. At post graduate level, the college provides Master of Science in Electronics for students.
