Om Degree College, Shikohabad, which came into existence in the year 2010, is an affiliated college situated in Firozabad (UP). This is a small-scale institution whose education compound is confined to a small piece of land measuring 1 acres of land, and its major aim is to offer quality teachers education. The college has been recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to address the minimum standards for teacher education in the country. Om Degree College follows a focused learning method with the least student strength of 896 and a faculty of 16 members. The institute currently provides one full-time course: a D.Ed. course for 100 students. 

Naturally, the college has numerous resources and amenities to assist students within their college experience. A library stocked with text and other relevant learning materials enhances facilitative capacity for the student and the faculty. Facilities on the campus include departmental laboratories that prepare students for practice teaching, which is vital in the teaching and learning process. Om Degree College has a total of one programme to offer and an all-level full-time course in the field of education. D.El.Ed. course last for two years each. The endorsed capacity for offering these courses is two hundred students per year, divided into one hundred places in each programme. This concentrated focus helps the college to keep its teaching focus on teacher education while providing other programmes to the learners.
