Omega PG College MCA, Ghatkesar affiliated college started its functioning from the year 2008 is situated at Medchal, Telangana. The all-male educational institution founded shortly after World War I is now a co-educational college recognized by the AICTE to offer postgraduate degree programs within the confines of a 2.5 acres plot. Currently, the college has 321 student enrolled, and it employs 25 faculty members, which makes the college have limited student to lecturer ratio. Omega PG College MCA offers two full-time postgraduate degrees: MBA and MCA programs to meet the need for post graduate education in the field of management and computer applications respectively.

The college has state-of-art infrastructure and amenities to meet the need of the students and to enhance learning. The library which has been in the college since its creation has books on finance, marketing and Human resource management, research papers and articles. It also gives Internet facility to its users through internet connection of DelNET and possesses Wi-Fi enabled high speed internet facility. Hostel accommodations including well furnished boys’ and girls’ hostels are provided, with two students in a room while the hostels dining halls can accommodate 200 students on average. There are 18 buses for transportation within and outside the campus, the food court with different cuisines, the sports complex with a cricket pitch, volley ball court and indoor table tennis.

Omega PG College MCA currently offers two postgraduate courses: MBA and MCA, two-year full-time degree programmes too But. The MBA program has an approved intake capacity of 240 and MCA program has 180 intake capacity and in total 420 intake capacity for both programs. These programs are intended to promote high level skills in management and Computer related skills in a view to meeting up with today’s challenges in business and technology.

TSICET is the main entrance for Omega PG College MCA and the admission process for this college is mainly centralized. This state level entrance test is the sole opens for the aspiring students to get into the MBA and MCA courses of the college.
