Paavai Teacher Training Institute was started in 2004, is located at Pachal, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college trains future teachers through its teacher training programmes in order to achieve this vision. Located in Paavai Nagar, on the National Highway, NH-44 (erstwhile NH-7), the institute forms part of the Paavai Group of Institutions.

The Paavai Teacher Training Institute was offering a two years full time Diploma in Teacher Education. The rationale for this course is to prepare students to be teachers in equal function.
