The institution covers 4.44 acres of campus and has been accredited by the NAAC, with a total enrolment of 1,255 students and faculty strength of 52 in three undergraduate programs: BA, B.Sc, and B.Com. This institution was established in 2009 and is an affiliated college located in Gaganbawada, Maharashtra. The diversified courses and the provision for a well-rounded educational experience of the students can be attributed as the factors to the institution's commitment towards quality education.

Facilities at the college range from the availability of the state-of-the-art facilities, that promote learning experiences, to the overall development of students. There is a well-furnished library that acts as the knowledge hub and makes available to the students numerous academic resources. The college laboratories are at the disposal of science students and seekers of experience in their respective fields for practical training.
