Paras Baba Sahab Ambedkar Shahid Faujdar Ram Mahavidyalaya, Mau, was established in the year 2013, is one of the affiliated college of  Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, and is situated in Uttar Pradesh, India. Located in the village Chaukari Chaura, this should play is a co-ed school which occupies a lavish area of five acres. The college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education which strengthens the quality policy of the college. With a total student intake of 235, the institute offers two full-time degree programmes, B.A. and Diploma in D.El.Ed.

Paras Baba Sahab Ambedkar Shahid Faujdar Ram Mahavidyalaya offers two primary courses: three-year B.A. and a two-year D.El.Ed programme. Both programmes are are intensive corresponding to the needs and demands of the students looking for complete occupation with the given programmes respectively. The course, D.El.Ed which is specifically for teacher training, has an approved strength of the intake of 100 students, which shows the hard work that this institution has put to help society in providing education to society. It comprise a part of 235 student total enrolment in all courses offered by the college.

Regarding the admission in D.El.Ed programme, the admission candidates have to undergo a Common Entrance Test or merit as prescribed by the University or the State Government. This means that only the deserving qualified candidate makes it to the teacher training programme.
