Parul Institute of Law, Vadodara, was established in the year 2016 as a constituent college of Parul University, situated in Vadodara, Gujarat. This co-educational institution is permitted by Bar Council of India and implements various legal education courses at the institution. Located in a sprawling campus of 150 acres, it has a total enrolment of students of 231, with a faculty strength of 14. With 13 courses across 6 degree programmes, Parul Institute of Law provides specialised legal education in various fields with undergraduate and postgraduate levels of study.

The institute further has several LLM specialisations in Environment Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Human Rights Law, and Public Policy and Governance under its postgraduate study programmes. It also offers a Ph.D. in Law to students who want to pursue advanced research study in Legal Studies.
