PB College of Engineering, Kancheepuram commonly known as PBCE Chennai was founded in 2002 is a renowned engineering college. The Sriperumbudur Taluk based co-educational institute is located on the Chennai-Bangalore Highway, Irrungattukottai and the campus size is thirty five acres and forty six bits of land covering an area of twenty five acres and forty six cents. PBCE Chennai is an affiliated college recognised by AICTE The college offers many various Engineering programmes. The college thus has a total of taking 372 students and an equal number of enrollments which give a good learning atmosphere. PBCE Chennai teaches 10 courses in various fields of engineering to satisfy growing demands in the technology industry.

PB College of Engineering has everything that looks like an angel to every student as it features with many functional tools. A large library of 12,000 sq.ft. capacity is providing technical books more than 19000 including digital section for quick searching of data.
