PDEA's College of Engineering, Pune: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The PDEA's College of Engineering, Pune is one of the leading educational societies in Manjari (Bk), Hadapsar-Wagholi Road, Pune, Maharashtra. It was established in 1998. It is an affiliated college with diversified range of engineering and management programs with a total of 613 students and faculty strength of 55 in a 5-acre campus.

PDEA's College of Engineering is fairly well-equipped with modern facilities to help in the all-round growth of their students. The library was established in the year 1998 to aid students and teachers in studying and research works. It is well-represented with a large number of textbooks, reference books, periodicals, and journals. It is fully automated with the Library Software. A Health centre with a full-time doctor is available within the campus.

PDEA's College of Engineering consists of 6 courses, which are undertaken under 2 degree programs. This institute provides 5 full-time B.Tech and 1 full-time MBA courses. The B.Tech courses conducted in the institute are as follows: Mechanical Engineering,  Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. All these courses are designed in such a way that, the students of those courses acquire the new improved knowledge and skills in their area of specialization. The MBA program provides the students with full-time management education and enables them to assume positions of leadership in the business world.

PDEA admits students into the College of Engineering based on their merit, and it is highly competitive. In the B.Tech programs, almost the institute admits the students based on MHT CET or JEE Main. The institute has more than one gateway to its MBA course, and the institute accepts scores from any number of national-level entrance exams-cum-tests, such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, and GMAT. This thus gives an opportunity to draw a pool of talented students from all over the country.
