Students at Pearl Academy are urged to uphold a 100% attendance for each semester. Nevertheless, a minimum of 75% attendance is required to qualify for assessments. Attendance entails complete participation in all scheduled interactions between tutors and students, including lectures, tutorials, seminars, practical sessions, workshops, mentoring sessions, and any other forms of contact between tutors and students.

Pearl Academy centres are comprehensively equipped with facilities essential for effectively delivering courses. Here are the resources available for students: Student Development & Support Services, Well-stocked library & Resource Centers, Recreation Rooms, Sports/Games Facilities, Medical Rooms, Corporate Resource Department (Placement & Career Counseling Services) and Cafeterias.

For practical experience, students can utilise state-of-the-art facilities including Design Studios, Drawing Studios, Art Rooms, Patternmaking Studios, Sewing and Cutting Labs, Weaving, Knitting, Printing and Embroidery Labs, Computer Labs, Visual Merchandising Lab, Photography Lab, Testing Lab, and Make-up Lab.

At the Jaipur campus of Pearl Academy, students have access to a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional certificate courses tailored to various specialisations. These include B.Des. programmes in Fashion Design, Interior Architecture Design and Communication Design with specialisation in Graphics. Additionally, there are Master's programmes such as M.Des. in Fashion Design, Interior Design and Communication Design. 

Furthermore, a professional certificate course in jewellery Design is offered at the Jaipur Campus. 

The Pearl Academy eligibility criteria for a 3 year and 4 year undergraduate programme is that the candidate should have completed 10+2 in any field. For the Pearl Academy 2 year undergraduate programme, the candidate should be a graduate in any discipline, including open learning universities. The Pearl Academy eligibility criteria for the 11 month professional certificate programme is that the candidate should have completed 10+2. 

Partial payment is not permitted for seat reservation at Pearl Academy. The fee must be paid semi-annually, corresponding to each semester, according to the deadlines outlined in the offer letter.
