Pearl Academy, Jaipur Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

Prospective candidates have the option to apply for one or multiple admission cycles at Pearl Academy concurrently by submitting separate fresh application forms for each cycle.

Students can apply for any Pearl Academy’s course on a provisional basis, but they must submit self-attested copies of their mark sheets/degrees by September 30, 2024. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of provisional admission, with no entitlement to a refund according to Pearl Academy's refund policy.

The Pearl Academy admission test has two stages listed below:

Stage 1:

Pearl Academy Written Admission Test: GPT, DAT

• General Proficiency Test (GPT) assesses proficiency in English, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and data interpretation.

• Design Aptitude Test (DAT) assesses creativity, drawing skills, design ability, observation, imagination, sensitivity to the environment, and communication skills.

Stage 2:

Pearl Academy Personal Interview (including portfolio evaluation/material handling skill test for Design streams)

• All candidates undergo a Personal Interview after the Written Admission Test at their respective Examination/Interview centres, as mentioned on their Admit Card.

• Applicants can apply for one or multiple admission cycles simultaneously by filling a fresh application form for each cycle.

For the Pearl Academy UG and PG programmes, admission relies on both an entrance exam and a personal interview. For Pearl Academy Professional Certificate programmes, selection is solely based on the personal interview.

The Pearl Academy admission cycle is conducted in two stages:

Stage 1:

• Written Admission Test: GPT, DAT & MAT

General Proficiency Test (GPT): Assesses English proficiency, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and data interpretation.

• Design Aptitude Test (DAT): Evaluates creativity, drawing skills, design ability, observation, imagination, sensitivity, and communication skills.

• Media Aptitude Test (MAT): Assesses creative thinking, visual expression, language    command, and observation skills for media school applicants.

Stage 2:

•  Personal Interview (including portfolio evaluation/material handling skill test for Design streams)

• All candidates undergo a Personal Interview after the Written Admission Test at their respective centres, as mentioned on their Admit Card.

The Pearl Academy result and admission letter will be available on the official website. The digital copy is posted on the website and also mailed to the student's registered email address.

Certainly, you have the option to seek lateral admission to Pearl Academy through the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) entry. The APL Admission Panel at Pearl will evaluate your learning outcomes for lateral entry or admission, and if approved, you will need to attend an interview.

Foreign nationals, individuals holding foreign passports, or those of Indian origin (PIO) or overseas citizens of India (OCI) will fall under the international category, regardless of where they completed their education and passed qualifying exams.

For Pearl Academy undergraduate programmes, eligibility is based on completing 10+2, while for the postgraduate programmes, it requires a college graduate.

International candidates are exempt from the written entrance examination. Instead, they are only required to participate in an interview and portfolio evaluation.
