Dr Ambedkar College of Arts & Commerce College, Pune was setup in the year 1985 by the People’s Education Society, which is one of the largest educational institute in Maharashtra. This affiliated college situated near Krishna Mandir, Jai Jawan Nagar, Yerwada is preparing minds for the past nearly four decades. The institution is indeed accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to testify how serious it is over the improvement of quality education. The college currently has 839 students and a faculty of 4 Members it currently provides 5 courses spread over 4 degree programmes in arts and Commerce streams. For the postgraduate side there is an option to take MA in Economics or History offered in 60 seats, or M.Com offered also in 60 seats.
