PGS National College of Law was established in the year 2014. It is an affiliated college of the Uttar Pradesh, India State. It lies at a distance of 7 km from Mathura on the Mathura-Bharatpur Road. PGS National College of Law offers two law courses. The college has a 3-year LLB and the 5-year integrated BA LLB. The courses are full-time and a total of 180 seats are approved for each course, which adds up to 360 across the two programmes. The courses have been structured in such a way that students will be provided with strong foundations of legal theory as well as practice for bright careers in various streams of law.

The PGS National College of Law adheres to the universities' merit-based admission policy. The merit-based admissions are used to decide the entry into the LLB programme in association with the entrance examination results. BA LLB conducts a merit-based admission process. Candidates should note that typically, admission dates with the details of any entrance examinations are declared by the college before the commencement of every academic year. The Training and Placement Cell of the college guides students regarding their career. Traditionally, almost 30-40% of the passouts go to litigation, while 10-15% opt for higher studies either in India or abroad. Others prepare for judicial and civil service examinations or join law firms. Some of the pass-out students have also won fancy clerkships under judges of the Supreme Court and the High Courts.
