Phonics School of Applied Sciences, Roorkee is one of the prime institutions established in 2009. This affiliated college is spread over 21 acres of land in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. It offers 5 undergraduate courses in 2 degrees. The institute focuses mainly on applied sciences in computer science, information technology, and natural sciences. 

The Phonics School of Applied Sciences campus is well equipped with facilities that help enhance the learning experience for all students. The state-of-the-art library occupies an area of 1069 square meters, with more than 18,000 volumes and 8,500 journals. IT infrastructure is also very strong, with a well-equipped Computer Center that caters to Internet browsing and other technical supports. The laboratories of all disciplines are equipped with high-end equipment to enable students to experience practical knowledge along with theoretical inputs. The hostel facilities are available separately for boys and girls, WiFi-enabled, backed by 24x7 power, and have sports facilities for the comfort of students. A cafeteria serving a range of cuisines in great variety ensures healthy and nourishing food for the students. PSAS runs a total of 5 undergraduate courses, all full-time regular programs. All of these programs are under two broad streams, Computer Applications and Sciences. BCA is aided by B.Sc. in Computer Science, B.Sc. in Information Technology, B.Sc. in Mathematics-Physics-Chemistry, and B.Sc. in Chemistry-Botany-Zoology.
